Hi, I'm back :) We just finished eating lunch. It was delicious rice noodles w/ garlic, veggies, soup + chips.
So after the morning meditation, the meditation that we did at the morning meeting was really deeply beneficial; It felt like I was accomplishing something. The leader of the meditation gave us some examples on what to meditate with; I chose trusting myself and letting go. And it was so incredible. And now I am really tired!!! Should I take a nap? I feel like it. My eyes are barely open. Okay; Trust myself. Let go. I am going to the pool.
