Introduction to Yoga 5 Week Course
This Instructional 5-Week Course is designed to help you implement a yoga practice in to your life. This Course is perfect for someone is just starting out, who may have been to a few yoga classes, and/or who simply is interested in learning more about yoga -- and how to implement this practice in to their life.

-Videos to start your yoga practice and help to guide you through the instrument of your body through this 5-week course.
-Journaling prompts and challenges.
